Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeetaa platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on jeetaa, you automatically agree to these Terms.

jeetaa is an online entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account and enjoy services on jeetaa.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on jeetaa are secured by SSL encryption. We support the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.

• The mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• Financial transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• jeetaa reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour; however, additional time may be required if KYC verification is pending.
• jeetaa is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on jeetaa are provided subject to specific conditions. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms in full before claiming a bonus.

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• In cases of bonus abuse (such as multiple accounts or clearly low-risk betting), jeetaa reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Cashback and VIP benefit terms apply separately and may be changed by jeetaa at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, jeetaa's decision shall be considered final.

Gaming Rules

All games on the jeetaa platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

• Game results occurring due to a technical error or disruption may be declared void and the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
• jeetaa is not obligated to pay any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a software error or system failure.
• If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, a complaint can be submitted via 24/7 live chat.
• Any form of cheating, software hacking, or attempting to win through artificial means is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• jeetaa reserves the right to temporarily suspend game services; in such cases, the amount of any ongoing bets will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the jeetaa platform. Involvement in these activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Account Closure and Suspension

jeetaa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without notice under any of the following circumstances.

• If cooperation with KYC verification is not provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).

In the event of account closure, jeetaa will follow its defined process for returning any valid balance. However, funds forfeited due to a breach of terms are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jeetaa bears no liability for the following:

• If a game is missed or a bet is lost due to an internet disconnection.
• For any issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• If account information is disclosed due to the user's own negligence.
• If service is disrupted due to unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.
• For any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Right to Amend Terms

jeetaa reserves the right to change, revise, or update any part of these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or through a platform notification.

Amended terms will take effect from the date of publication. Transactions completed under the previous terms will continue to be governed by those terms.

Severability Provision

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
